PURPOSE: A clip for a ceiling material is provided to directly couple a carrying channel and an M-bar to each other using a carrying channel covering member and an M-bar hanging member. CONSTITUTION: A clip(A) for a ceiling material comprises a carrying channel covering member(10) and M-bar hanging members(20). The carrying channel covering member is composed of a carrying flange portion(11), carrying web portions(12), and a carrying channel insertion space portion(13). The M-bar hanging members are integrally bent from both sides of the carrying channel covering member. Each M-bar hanging member comprises an M-bar flange portion(21), M-bar hanging web portions(22), and M-bar guide pieces(25). The M-bar flange portions are formed under the carrying web portions. The M-bar hanging web portions are formed in both sides of the M-bar flange portion. The M-bar guide pieces are formed on the bottom ends of the M-bar hanging web portions.
