PURPOSE: A trommel and a waste sorting device are provided to prevent frictional noise when rotating in state attached to a trommel inner circumference by comprising a soft rubber material in the end parts of the wing part of a rotating unit. CONSTITUTION: A trommel and a waste sorting device comprising the same comprises a drum-shaped trommel screen(42), and a rotating unit(100). The waste inlet and outlet are formed on both sides thereof and has a plurality of sorting holes(44,46) on the circumference thereof. The rotating unit rotates around the inner center shaft of the trommel screen, and mixes or separates wastes put into the trommel screen. The end parts of the wing part which touches and rubs inner circumference is formed of an elastic and soft rubber material.
