PURPOSE: An aggregate-sorting rubber screen module, and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to prevent the deformation of a hole by arranging a reinforcing material with a high tensile strength material near a hole when molding a screen module by rubber. CONSTITUTION: An aggregate-sorting rubber screen module comprises a forge and a reinforcing frame(149). The forge is formed of one selected from aramid fiber, nylon, polyester fiber, and steel wires nearby the hole to prevent the deformation of hole(102) by applying tensile strength against impacts to aggregate. The reinforcing frame is dip into edge parts. The forge has a plurality of strands which are longitudinally and horizontally arranged. |
