PURPOSE: A system and a method for connecting a call in an international roaming service are provided to easily grasp time when it is possible to have a call with a receiver without additionally searching any other information. CONSTITUTION: A home location register(200) receives routing information about a receiving terminal device from a receiving communication network in response to an originating/receiving call request based on international roaming. A time information guide server(400) transmits possible call time information corresponding to the receiving terminal device to an originating terminal device in response to a request for a possible originating/receiving time based on the routing information. A current location of the receiving terminal device is determined based on the routing information. |
