PURPOSE: An augmented reality offer system and a method thereof are provided to synthesize Full HD video information on a terminal and to display synthesis information. CONSTITUTION: A terminal transmits positioning information and 9-axis sensor data in a local information server(S210). The local information server searches for the information about structures within a region where a terminal is positioned(S220). The terminal obtains video information. The terminal extracts feature points of a object within image information(S230). The terminal generates object recognition information with comparison of image feature point and structure information(S240). A object information server compares the object recognition information with the stored object recognition information(S250).
