PURPOSE: A method for preparing 2,2-bis(fluoroalkyl)oxylan is provided to obtain the compound without a hazardous raw material. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 2,2-bis(fluoroalkyl)oxylan of general formula A comprises: a step of reacting fluorinated alcohol and a brominating agent, chlorinating agent, or a sulfonating agent under a basic condition to prepare an oxylan precursor of general formula 2; and a step of cyclizing the oxylan precursor under the basic condition.
