PURPOSE: A coated optical film manufacturing method and an optical film manufactured by the same are provided to improve brightness as a coated layer forms a constant thickness of an optical film to maintain sharpness. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a coated optical film comprises following steps. Coating liquid is spread on the optical film and cured so that a coated film(110) is formed. A pattern is carved on the optical film by an engraving device. The coating liquid is a polyurethane acrylate.
