摘要 PURPOSE: A gas pipe assembly made of different materials and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve airtightness as a gas leakage path becomes long and a steel pipe pressed into a synthetic resin conduit easily installed. CONSTITUTION: A gas pipe assembly made of different materials comprises a metal connector(10), a O-ring(20), a synthetic resin conduit(30), and a steel pipe(40). The metal connector comprises a synthetic resin pipe insertion portion(12) and a steel pipe insertion portion(13). A plurality of protrusions(11) is formed on the inner periphery of the synthetic resin conduit. The O-ring is interposed between the protrusions. The synthetic resin conduit is inserted into the synthetic resin pipe insertion portion. The steel pipe is press-fitted through the steel pipe insertion portion, and welded. The steel pipe passes through the steel pipe insertion portion, and closely attached to the inner surface of the synthetic resin conduit.
