<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing heat insulation of an existing building, which surely improves heat insulation efficiency with easy construction in a shortened construction period. <P>SOLUTION: A method for repairing heat insulation of an existing building includes forming an upper slit 12 at the top end adjacent to the ceiling C of an inner wall 10 installed opposite to an outer wall 11, over approximately full width of the inner wall 10 in approximately horizontal direction from an indoor side, with an electrically driven saw. In a similar way, a lower slit 13 is formed at the bottom end adjacent to the floor F of the inner wall 10 installed opposite to the outer wall 11, over approximately full width of the inner wall 10 in approximately horizontal direction from the indoor side. Subsequently, a foam-in-place heat insulator P1 made of urethane is packed between the inner wall 10 and a heat insulator 8 from the upper slit 12 through a nozzle 14. In a similar way, a foam-in-place heat insulator P2 made of urethane is packed between the inner wall 10 and the heat insulator 8 from the lower slit 13 through the nozzle 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
