PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the exposure order determination and charging method of order guarantee type advertised merchandise.

SOLUTION: Disclosed is the exposure order determination and charging method of order guarantee type advertised merchandise including: making an additional tender to select a new advertiser when a free space is generated in a preliminarily set advertisement area by a tender management part; and determining the final advertisement exposure order on the basis of each tender price for the advertisements of the new advertiser and the existing advertiser by an exposure order management part. Determining the final advertisement exposure order is configured to guarantee the existing advertisement exposure order owned by the existing advertiser before making a tender.
