<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve lack of a guarantee to give a reasonable contribution charge to an owner of an electric power facility; which is because a conventional remote control system of the electric power facility requests power demand adjustment of the electric power facility arbitrarily, and the owner of the electric power facility is provided with the contribution charge based on a deemed amount. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power facility control system which is connected to a system operation server of an electric power system and one or a plurality of electric power facilities performing power consumption or power storage by system-interconnecting the electric power system through a communication network, and adjusts power demand supply balance of the electric power facilities: creates a power demand plan on the basis of subsequent power demand of the electric power facilities; transmits information on a demand adjustment request to adjust the power demand to the electric power facilities considering operation status of the system operation server, on the basis of the demand plan; receives a demand adjustment result that is observation information on the demand adjustment performed in the electric power facilities on the basis of the demand adjustment request; and calculates contribution obtained by the demand adjustment of the electric power facilities, on the basis of the demand adjustment result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
