<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately read marks and to reduce the time required for reading and scoring. <P>SOLUTION: A scoring system 1 includes: a mark sheet reader 10 including a mark sheet reading unit 11 which reads a mark sheet provided with a plurality of mark entry columns to convert the read result to image data, and a mark recognition unit 12 which compares densities of the plurality of mark entry columns with a plurality of thresholds for densities of mark entry columns on the basis of the converted image data and recognizes marks written in prescribed mark entry columns on the basis of comparison results to generate a plurality of pieces of mark read result data showing recognition results using the plurality of thresholds; and a scoring device including a scoring unit 22 which scores the plurality of pieces of mark read result data on the basis of correct answer data showing correct answers for written marks and the plurality of pieces of mark read result data and generates scoring result data showing the final scoring result on the basis of scoring results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
