<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitate hardening martensitic stainless steel having excellent structure stability, strength, toughness and corrosion resistance, which requires no sub-zero treating and thus is excellent in terms of productivity, and to provide a long blade for steam turbine using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The precipitate hardening martensitic stainless steel comprises, by mass%, ≤0.05% C, ≤0.05% N, 10.0-14.0% Cr, 8.5-11.5% Ni, 0.5-3.0% Mo, 1.5-2.0% Ti, 0.25-1.00% Al, ≤0.5% Si, ≤1.0% Mn, and the balance is composed of Fe and inevitable impurities.
