<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an information user to confirm usefulness of analysis information before viewing it. <P>SOLUTION: Life information of an information provider is received by an information analysis server SV from plural information transmission terminals UT1 through UTN used by information providers to be accumulated in a life information storage part 131. In this state, when a retrieval request for life information is received from information reception terminals CT1 through CTm used by information users, life information applicable to a retrieval condition included in the retrieval request is retrieved from the life information storage part 131 to calculate a standard error of the retrieved life information and transmit the calculated standard error D to the information reception terminals CT1 through CTm at the source of the retrieval request.
