<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and more accurately measure the number of living body-derived cells in a cell suspension obtained by assimilating living tissue. <P>SOLUTION: This cell measuring apparatus 1 includes: piping 6 causing the flow of the cell suspension obtained by assimilating the living tissue; a filter-like cell capturing part 8 disposed at an intermediate position of the piping 6 and having a large number of through holes smaller than the size of tissue-derived cells contained in the cell suspension and larger than the size of red blood corpuscles; a characteristic amount detecting part 9 detecting the characteristic amount of a fluid that flows in the piping 6 at least upstream or downstream of the cell capturing part 8; and a computing part 10 computing the number of tissue-derived cells captured by the cell capturing part 8 based on the fluid characteristic amount detected by the characteristic amount detecting part 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
