<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control device of hybrid vehicle that can suppress a fact that the driving sound of a blower gives a sense of incompatibility to a driver since the driving sound becomes conspicuous accompanied with automatic stop of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle includes a second motor generator and an internal combustion engine as a driving source and includes an electric fan which blows wind to a battery in order to cool the battery for feeding power to the second motor generator. When a battery temperature Tbatt comes to a predetermined temperature Tth or higher, the electronic control device sets the fan rotation speed Nfan of the electric fan to a predetermined rotation speed Nth or more. Further, when predetermined automatic stopping conditions are established, the operation of the internal combustion engine is automatically stopped.
