<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member for a sensor element capable of effectively suppressing a wetting crack of the sensor element while suppressing decrease in the suction performance or exhaustion performance. <P>SOLUTION: A cover member 50 can be switched between a first state with a guide groove 53 for guiding condensed water attached to the external surface of the cover member and a second state without the guide groove 53, in which the cover member becomes in the first state under a temperature lower than a prescribed temperature and becomes in the second state under the prescribed temperature or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
