<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely load a spherical body on a loading object even when there is a projection in the vicinity of the loading object. <P>SOLUTION: A spherical body suction head comprises: a main body 21 having an opening 21c formed therein; a tabular porous body 22 fitted into the opening 21c; and an alignment sheet 25 that has an insertion hole 51 for aligning the spherical body formed thereon and is arranged at an undersurface 21a side of the main body 21 while covering the opening 21c and an outer surface 41 of the porous body 22. The spherical body suction head is configured so as to be capable of sucking the spherical body at a portion having the insertion hole 51 formed therein by taking air through the porous body 22, and is provided with a pressing screw 26 for pressing the porous body 22 toward the outside from the inside of the main body 21. The alignment sheet 25 is fixed to a marginal part of the opening 21c in the undersurface 21a. The porous body 22 is protruded outside so that the outer surface 41 locates outside the undersurface 21a, by the pressing force applied from the pressing screw 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
