摘要 PURPOSE: A three-dimensional laser pattern manufacturing apparatus is provided to replace an existing wiring board by directly forming an integrated circuit pattern on a three dimensional shape such as a side mirror case for a vehicle or a mobile phone case. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional laser pattern manufacturing apparatus comprises a stage(30), a jig(40), a laser irradiator(50) and a tilting unit(60). The stage is formed with back-and-forth shuttling movability on a granite plate. The jig is prepared on the upper side of the stage on which a material is placed. The laser irradiator is formed with back-and-forth and side-to-side shuttling movability, and capable of removing a conductive metal film by irradiating laser on the conductive metal film on a material surface according to a desired pattern. The tilting unit is capable of tilting the jig corresponding to the stage for the removal of the conductive metal film from a material having a three dimensional shape.
