<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion press eliminating unevenness in dynamic and thermal fatigue degrees of hydraulic equipment configuring a hydraulic circuit, an electric motor for driving a hydraulic pump, control equipment and the like in the extrusion press, leveling the dynamic and thermal fatigue degrees and remaining lives of the respective pieces of constitutional equipment, and excellent in energy saving effect. <P>SOLUTION: In the extrusion press that the plurality of variable capacity type hydraulic pumps are connected in parallel to supply hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder of the extrusion press, and a required discharge of each hydraulic pump is obtained based on a previously set operating speed to selectively drive and control the hydraulic pumps, selection order of the hydraulic pumps to be selectively driven and controlled is controlled by a program for sequentially sending them when a predetermined number of molding cycles is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
