<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional operation of a cooling tower, wherein an outdoor air condition is not grasped, so that supply water temperature varies when the outdoor air condition varies, and even when the outdoor air condition is checked, energy saving is not considered according to the outdoor air condition. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling system includes a cooler 10, a circulation unit 11 cooling down cooling water circulated between the same and the cooler, an outdoor air wet-bulb temperature sensor 24, and a control device 22 controlling the circulation unit. The circulation unit includes the cooling tower 30, a water supply pipe 32 sending cooling water to the cooler, a return pipe 34 returning cooling water from the cooler, a bypass pipe 36 providing communication between the water supply pipe and the return pipe, a bypass valve 37 arranged on the bypass pipe, a throttle valve 35 provided on the return pipe, an outlet water temperature sensor 38 provided at the outlet of the cooling tower, and a supply water temperature sensor 39 provided before the cooler. The control device controls the circulation unit according to detected values of the respective bulb temperature sensors so that a temperature of cooling water becomes constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
