<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disconnect a session of a radio terminal after a line to another network of the radio terminal has been disconnected. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device 1 is provided in a radio access network 3, and relays communication with another network 4. A monitor unit 1a in the communication device 1 monitors authentication processing performed when a radio terminal 2 connects or disconnects a line to the other network 4. A generation unit 1b generates information to disconnect a session of the radio terminal 2 based on authentication processing the monitor unit 1a monitors.
