<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens being compact and low-cost, and achieving a wide angle and high optical performance. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging lens comprises substantially five lenses including a first lens L1 having a meniscus shape with a convex surface facing the object side and having a negative power, a second lens L2 having a negative power, a third lens L3 having a positive power, an aperture stop, a fourth lens L4 having a positive power, and a fifth lens L5 having a negative power. The first to fifth lenses L1 to L5 each have at least one aspheric surface. The imaging lens satisfies predetermined conditional expressions related to a focal length of the third lens L3, a focal length of the entire system, and a back focus of the entire system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
