PURPOSE: A screen capture preventing method of rich media contents is provided to prevent illegal screen capture by the distortion or deformation of a scene by describing capture event information in a scene description and interpreting capture event information in the scene description when playing rich media contents. CONSTITUTION: A rich media server describes capture event information in the scene description of rich media contents. The rich media server transmits the rich media contents to the terminal of a user(S20). The processing unit of the terminal plays the rich media contents(S30). If a screen capture event is interpreted in a process comprising and arranging a scene according to the scene description, the scene interpretation unit processes the object of the scene according to a interpretation result(S40-S60).
