<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus capable of promptly and surely diagnosing a deformation amount or durability of a structure by measuring the deformation amount of the structure and calculating the durability of the structure immediately when a predetermined acceleration of earthquake or the like is detected and an external force is sensed. <P>SOLUTION: Deformation amount data measured by a plurality of distortion gauges deposited in required spots of a structure are recorded/stored in a data logger, acceleration data measured by an accelerometer installed in the structure are recorded/stored in the data logger, and durability of the structure is calculated on the basis of the deformation amount of the structure recorded/stored in the data logger, so that a seismic capacity diagnostician diagnoses the deformation amount and durability of the structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
