<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent color mixture. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state image sensor comprises: a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions arranged in rows and columns; vertical transfer portions arranged on each column for reading out signal charges stored in the photoelectric conversion portions in the corresponding columns and for transferring them in the vertical direction; horizontal transfer portions for transferring the signal charges, transferred from the vertical transfer portions in each column, in the horizontal direction; a color filter arranged on each photoelectric conversion portion; and a controller that determines the amounts of the signal charges stored in the photoelectric conversion portions of each color when reading out signal charges from each photoelectric conversion portion and transferring them to the vertical transfer portion in the corresponding column, and controls the sequence of read out so that the signal charge in the photoelectric conversion portion of a color having the largest amount of signal charge is first read out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
