PURPOSE: A cutting device for a road surface is provided to lengthen the service life of a blade using both edges of the blade and replace a part of blade. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device for a road surface comprises a fixing plate(10), a cutting edge(20) and a fastening member. The fixing plate comprises: a main shaft coupling hole, in which a main shaft(11) is coupled; and a joint(13) which is stepped. The cutting edge is formed with the same length as the joint of the fixing plate. A saw blade(21) is formed on the outer circumference. The fastening member fixes the cutting edge between the fixing plates.
