<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw which when used in such an arrangement state that the axial direction thereof is along a vertical direction, all balls present within a trajectory are supplied with lubricant to obtain an excellent lubricated state. <P>SOLUTION: In a cylindrical part 11 of a nut 1, for each of three ball circulation tubes 4, a fat supply hole 13 is formed at a position to be the same height as a through-hole 11b disposed in an upper end in the arrangement where an axial direction is along a vertical direction. The fat supply hole 13 is a through-hole which passes through the cylindrical part 11 of the nut 1 in a radial direction, and a diametrically enlarged female screw hole 13a is formed at an outer circumferential surface side of the cylindrical part 11. A male screw in a distal end of lubricant supply piping is screwed into each female screw hole 13a, thereby supplying the lubricant from the fat supply holes 13 disposed in the upper ends of the three ball circulation tubes 4 into the nut 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
