PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for tracheobronchomalacia and relapsing polychondritis.

SOLUTION: The diseases can be cured by the agent for tracheobronchomalacia and relapsing polychondritis which contains the anticholinergic agent as an effective ingredient. The preferred examples of the anticholinergic agent are tiotropium, tiotropium bromide and a hydrate of tiotropium bromide. And, the preferred example of a dosage type of the agent is an aspiration type agent.
