PURPOSE: A fireproof heat-insulating material is provided to maintain a heat proof property and strength at high temperatures by using inorganic powder, perlite, carboxymethyl cellulose, and a geopolymer. CONSTITUTION: A fireproof heat-insulating material comprises 40-80 wt% of inorganic powder, 10-40 wt% of perlite, 1-10 wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose, and 2-10 wt% of a supplemental agent. The inorganic powder includes one or more selected from wollastonite, diatomite and sepiolite. The bulk specific gravity of the perlite is 0.04-0.5 g/cm^3. The fireproof heat-insulating material additionally includes 1-10 wt% of a geopolymer. The fireproof heat-insulating material comprises 40-80 wt% of inorganic powder, 1-40 wt% of a geopolymer, and 5-15 wt% of an organic-inorganic binder.
