PURPOSE: A dual recorder is provided to efficiently use the storage medium of limited capacity by transmitting an obtained movie and still image to a different backup terminal. CONSTITUTION: A format setting unit(210) sets a video format and a still image format. A photographing unit(220) acquires a video according to the video format in a video photographing. The photographing unit acquires a still image according to the still image format in a still image photographing. A processing unit(240) processes the video or the still image. A processor(250) compresses the digitized video or still image. A transmitting unit(270) transmits the compressed video or the compressed still image through a wireless channel.
