Disclosed in the present invention are a precoding processing and detection method and device for open-loop transmission, as well as an open-loop transmission system, relating to the field of communication technology. The embodiments in the present invention provide a technical solution that, before transmitting a signal, a transmitting end determines a precoding matrix according to the used resource block numbers, and processes the transmitted signal with the determined precoding matrix, so as to reduce the impact on signal performance of channel fading, increase the effectiveness or/and reliability of information transmission, and improve the transmission performance of the open-loop transmission.
