The present invention relates to a composition comprising hemihydrated or anhydrous calcium sulphate, water and oxidized starch, said oxidized starch having: - a Brookfield viscosity of less than or equal to 2 cPs at a temperature less than or equal to 55°C; and - a maximum Brookfield viscosity at a temperature between 65°C and 100°C; and a maximum Brookfield viscosity between 100 cPs and 3000 cPs; the Brookfield viscosity being measured for an aqueous solution of oxidized starch at a concentration of 8%, as a percentage by weight.
