<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device i.e. snoring therapy apparatus (1), has a rail (2) connected with teeth of an upper jaw (O) or a lower jaw (U) in a stretcher state, and a tooth-shaped contact element (4) arranged at the lower jaw. The contact element supports at opposite lying lower or upper jaws, and moves forward the lower jaw against the upper jaw. The rail is designed as an upper jaw rail. The element is arranged at the rail in a region of incisors, canines and front molars in the stretcher state. The element comprises a contact surface (4a), and acts on the lower jaw in the region of incisors. #CMT# : #/CMT# The contact element is designed as a screwing mechanism. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Intraoral device i.e. snoring therapy apparatus (claimed), for treatment of snoring and/or obstructive sleep apnea of a patient i.e. sportsman. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The element is arranged at the upper jaw rail in the region of incisors, canines and front molars in the stretcher state, thus increasing comfort of the intraoral device in an easy manner. The device exhibits compact design and reduces foreign body sensation.
