PURPOSE: A robot handling system using a disc loading device is provided to reduce work time by supplying discs to a processing device while performing a centering and forward setting for processing. CONSTITUTION: A robot handling system comprises a loading box(200), a robot(300), a loading device(100), a processing device(400), and a control unit(500). Discs are loaded in the loading box. The robot grips each disc in the loading box to supply the discs to the loading device. The loading device positions the disorderedly supplied discs at a correct center, detects whether or not the discs are inputted in a forward or a backward direction, sets the discs by changing the discs to the forward direction, and transfers the discs to the processing device.
