PURPOSE: An underground barricade for a vehicle with a barrier is provided to reduce spaces and costs required for installing an additional barrier. CONSTITUTION: An underground barricade for a vehicle with a barrier comprises a buried box(1), a cutoff unit(3), a barrier(5), an X-cross mechanism(7), and a drive unit. The buried box has a housing with an open top and is buried in the ground. The cutoff unit cuts off the entry of a vehicle. The barrier is located at the front of the upper portion(31) of the cutoff unit and covers the top of the housing. The X-cross mechanism has first and second bars(71,73). The first bars are coupled to the buried box and the guiderail(51) of the barrier to be slidable. The second bars are coupled to the bottom of the barrier and the buried box to be slidable. The drive unit operates the X-cross mechanism to protrude the barrier from the buried box.
