<p>Disclosed are a method, device, and system for closed subscriber group (CSG) cell handover, applicable in handing over a user equipment (UE) to a specific public land mobile network (PLMN). The specific PLMN is a CSG cell of a PLMN that is not a PLMN currently registered by the UE or a PLMN on an equivalent PLMN list (EPLMN list). The method for CSG cell handover provided in the present application comprises: receiving an approach indication message transmitted by the UE when approaching a target CSG cell, where the target CSG cell is the CSG cell of the specific PLMN of the UE, and the specific PLMN is the PLMN apart from the PLMN currently registered by the UE and the PLMN in the EPMLN list; and handing over the UE to the target CSG cell on the basis of the approach indication message.</p> |
