PURPOSE: A refrigerant fixation apparatus for a food box is provided to maintain a freshness of food by preventing a food container from contacting directly with cold air when carrying food. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant fixation apparatus for a food box comprises a body(22) with a block shape to be arranged in between foods in a box(10). The body is equipped in the inside with a refrigerant input part to connect with a refrigerant. A refrigerant receipt pocket(20) includes the refrigerant input part. The body is provided with an extension piece having the inner wall surface of the box spaced from the circumference part of the body. A connected ventilation hole(28) is provided the inside and outside of the circumference of the refrigerant input part outside position of the body. The body has a rectangular block shape equipped with the refrigerant storage inside. A combination groove part(15) is separated from the surface of a food container(3) whose body is stored in the box.
