Disclosed is a method for reading data, communicated through an SPI bus, from a memory including a NAND cell array. Said method includes: sequentially receiving the block address, word-line address, and bit-line address of the NAND cell array; and starting to output data recorded on the NAND cell array immediately after the bit-line address is completely inputted. At this point, the addresses are received through one input terminal.
