PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide injection apparatus and method is provided to inject carbon dioxide by using a structure with a simple structure, to remove drain, and to easily manufacture an antistatic solution in which carbon dioxide is absolutely dissolved in pure or ultrapure water. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide injection apparatus comprises a case(10), a venturi part(20), and an injection part(30). An inlet(14) and an outlet(15) are formed in the front part and the rear part of the case, respectively. The venuri part is installed inside a case. The injection part is connected to a capillary tube and injects carbon dioxide with predetermined pressure into water flowing through a capillary tube. The veturi part comprises a first incline part(21), a capillary tube for increasing the flow speed of water, and a second incline part(23) which are connected in order.
