PURPOSE: A rain visor for a vehicle is provided to prevent rainwater coming into the inside of a vehicle or clothes and hair being wet when getting on or off, by forming a rain visor unit to be spread when a door is open. CONSTITUTION: A rain visor for a vehicle includes a rainwater detector(20), a rainwater cutoff unit(30), a controller of a cutoff unit(40), and a driving device of a cutoff unit(50). The rainwater detector is equipped in the front of a front glass(1) and senses that rainwater is standing. The rainwater cutoff unit is installed on a roof and blocks that rainwater comes into the inside of a vehicle when a door is open. The controller of a cutoff unit controls the driving device of a cutoff unit according to an electric signal transmitted from the rainwater detector.
