The present invention relates to a clean water dispensing device wherein a pure water tank is inserted into a cold water barrel and the space formed between the cold water barrel and the pure water tank is hermetically sealed such that not only is it completely excluded from contact with the outside air but also only drinking water, which has been sterilized via a sterilization tube placed in the pure water tank, comes to be stored and cooled in the space and consequently there is no risk that bacteria will propagate even if the cold water is stored for a long time; wherein the clean water dispensing device comprises the pure water tank, the sterilization tube and a transit tube, and the drinking water is stored in the cold water barrel by flowing in through an inflow port, passing via the transit tube and going through an outflow port. |
