PURPOSE: An immersion membrane separation bath and a water purifying apparatus including the same are provided to keep the concentration of turbid materials low by including a system for automatically discharging the turbid materials from the membrane separation bath. CONSTITUTION: An immersion membrane separation bath includes an immersion bath housing(11), a membrane filtering module(9), an inclined side(7), an aeration pipe(4), a water spraying unit(5), a sludge level meter(3), and a controlling unit(20). The immersion bath housing stores the membrane filtering module. The membrane filtering module is spaced apart from the bottom of the immersion bath housing. The inclined side is installed at the lower part of the membrane filtering module to discharge sludge. The aeration pipe is installed at the lower part of the membrane filtering module. The water spraying unit is installed at the lower part of the membrane filtering module. A transparent pipe is installed at the external wall of the immersion bath housing. The sludge level meter is installed at the lower part of the transparent pipe. The controlling unit controls turbid materials on the bottom of the immersion membrane separation bath to be discharged.
