PURPOSE: A vehicle sound generating device is provided to prevent water or snow from flowing into a protective cylinder by using a first protective plate and the protective cylinder. CONSTITUTION: Cases(1,2) include a cylindrical unit and a separation wall in the cylindrical unit. The separation wall divides the inside of the cases into a first and a second spaces. A vocalization unit is placed in the first space for closing a through hole. A cover is used for covering an opening of the cylindrical unit. The cases include a protective cylinder in the second space to surround the through hole. The protective cylinder is protruding from the separation wall to the cover. The cover includes a first protective plate and a second protective plate(32).
