PURPOSE: A mouth cleanser is provided to easily, conveniently, and cleanly cleanse teeth. CONSTITUTION: A mouth cleanser includes a body part(110) which is formed in a cylindrical shape, forming a spiral guide groove on the inner circumferential surface and can be supplied with water by connecting the same to one end to a water faucet through a hose; a nozzle part(120) which has one side combined inside the body part and can move back and forth in one direction and at which a pulsating plate is rotatably installed; and a cover part(130) which can combined with or separated from one end of a housing of the body part to cover a nozzle casing and protects dental floss after use.
