摘要 <p>The device comprises a base body, and an inlet channel (2) for a mantle flow, which flows into the inlet channel for a carrier liquid, where a bottom of the base body comprises the inlet channel and an outlet channel (3) for a carrier liquid and/or purifying channel (4), and an other inlet channel for a dosing medium perpendicular to the channels arranged in the bottom of the base body. The channels flow in a cell collector module, which comprises a cell outlet (8) having a dosage valve. A controller is provided for tripping a dosing process. The device comprises a base body, and an inlet channel (2) for a mantle flow, which flows into the inlet channel for a carrier liquid, where a bottom of the base body comprises the inlet channel and an outlet channel (3) for a carrier liquid and/or purifying channel (4), and an other inlet channel for a dosing medium perpendicular to the channels arranged in the bottom of the base body. The channels flow in a cell collector module, which comprises a cell outlet (8) having a dosage valve. A controller is provided for tripping a dosing process and a cell recognition device (6), which is arranged on or at the base body or the cell recognition device is integrated in the body. The channels comprise a valve and/or a diffuser structure. The base body is formed in rectangular form. The cell collector module is concentrically arranged, and is constructed from a cell collector and a dosing valve housing. The dosing valve is constructed form a counterpart and a membrane. The cell collector of the membrane is elastic, and the dosing valve housing comprises the counterpart, which is formed in a conical-, a spherical- or a cylinder-shaped manner, where the membrane adjoins with a bias at the counterpart. The dosing valve housing, the membrane and/or the counterpart is partially provided with a hydrophobic or hydrophilic coating and/or is made of a hydrophobic or hydrophilic material. The dosing valve housing on its side facing towards the cell collector has a valve cone as the counterpart and/or 1-30 holes for the dosing medium that is arranged on an outside of a sickle-shaped groove for anchoring a cell collector structure. The dosing valve housing and/or the cell collector are modularly exchangeable. The base body comprises a backup for preventing a twist of the cell collector module in the base body. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for dosing of cells.</p>
