PURPOSE: A protective case attached with insulation materials and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to guarantee easy insulation construction because divided insulation materials are integrated with divided protective cases. CONSTITUTION: A protective case attached with insulation materials comprises one insulation material(111), the other insulation material(112), one protective case(121), and the other protective case(122). One insulation material encloses one peripheral face of an elbow, a flange, and a valve connected to a pipe. The other insulation material encloses the other peripheral face of the elbow, the flange, and the valve. The inner side of one protective case is attached to the outer side of one insulation material. The inner side of the other protective case is attached to the outer side of the other insulation material.
