PURPOSE: A boom sprayer capable of uniformly spraying decontaminating fluid and a boom vibration control device are provided to reduce vibration of the boom without influencing the operation of an elevating cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A boom sprayer(100) comprises a link arm(2), a hydraulic pressure cylinder(3), a working fluid distributor, and a boom(4). The link arm is installed at the car body(1). The hydraulic pressure cylinder is mounted between the car body and link arm and elevates the link arm. The working fluid distributor distributes the working fluid to the hydraulic pressure cylinder and shrinks the hydraulic pressure cylinder.
