PURPOSE: An electric power supply control apparatus is provided to control a charge and discharge unit and to efficiently reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A main power switch unit(110) blocks and supplies commercial AC to an electrical device. An auxiliary power storage(133) includes a charging circuit and a discharging circuit. The charging circuit coverts main power to DC power and charges the auxiliary power storage. The discharge unit converts the DC power of the auxiliary power storage in AC power and discharges it to the electrical device.
