PURPOSE: A white hair cutter enabling users to press a handle for cut hair with a blade is provided to return the location of the handle after cutting the white hair using a spring. CONSTITUTION: A white hair cutter includes a lower end hole(10), an upper end hole(11), handles(103), and blades(102). The lower end hole is installed on the lower side of the cutter for inserting white hair. The upper end hole is installed on the upper side of the cutter for passing through the white hair. The handle can reciprocate using a spring. The blade is installed on both handles for cutting the white hair. |
